Cookie Policy
Effective date: May 6, 2026 · Last updated: May 6, 2026
1. What Cookies Are
A "cookie" is a small text file placed on your device by a website you visit. Cookies are widely used to make websites function efficiently, to remember preferences, to support analytics, and, for some sites, to deliver advertising. We also use closely related technologies such as local storage and pixels, which we group under the term "cookies" for the purposes of this Policy.
2. Categories of Cookies We Use
- Strictly necessary. Required for the site to operate (security, load balancing, remembering your cookie consent choice). These cannot be disabled.
- Performance / analytics. Help us understand how visitors use the site, in aggregated form, so we can improve it.
- Functionality. Remember preferences such as your language selection.
- Marketing. If we ever use them, these would deliver more relevant content. As of the effective date above, we do not use marketing cookies.
3. Cookies Currently in Use
The table below lists the cookies and similar technologies set on this site as of the "Last updated" date.

4. How to Manage Your Preferences
You can change your cookie preferences at any time:
- Use the "Cookie Preferences" link in our site footer to reopen the consent panel.
- Use your browser's settings to block or delete cookies. The major browsers all provide cookie controls; consult your browser's help documentation for instructions.
- Set the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signal in your browser. We honor GPC as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies will cause parts of the site not to work. Blocking other categories will simply turn off the corresponding feature.
5. Third-Party Cookies
Where third parties (such as analytics providers) place cookies through this site, those parties are responsible for their own cookies and their own privacy practices. Their cookies are loaded only after we receive your consent, except where strictly necessary. Please consult their privacy notices for details:
- Google Analytics: policies.google.com/privacy.
6. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") setting. There is currently no industry consensus on how to interpret DNT signals, and this site does not respond to DNT. We do, however, honor the Global Privacy Control signal as described above.
7. Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly use cookies to collect personal information from children under thirteen (13) for purposes other than the direct delivery of services with parental or guardian consent.
8. Disputes and Governing Law
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Cookie Policy is governed by and resolved under the Mediation, Then Binding Arbitration provisions of our Terms and Conditions, including the class-action and representative-action waiver, government-filing carve-outs, and confidentiality provisions, and is subject to the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§1 et seq. This Policy is governed by California law without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and venue for any non-arbitrable matter lies in the state and federal courts of Los Angeles County, California.
9. Severability and Changes to this Policy
If any provision of this Policy is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. We will update this Policy as our cookie use changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent version. The version in effect on the date you visited the site governs that visit.
